Amihan RidgePhilippine Highlands

The highland table

Comfort food, grown close.

Familiar Filipino flavors, cooler-weather produce, and the kind of meals that make everyone stay at the table a little longer.

Our kitchen philosophy

The landscape writes the menu.

The concept kitchen begins with what grows well nearby: Bukidnon vegetables, free-range eggs, local coffee and cacao, herbs, warm breads, and bright Filipino pantry staples. Menus shift with the season and the people around the table.
